Starting right now ladies and gentleman!
1st up we've got Paul Bonifacio Parkinson representing Italy
Italy's Paul Banifacio Parkinson is up first. He holds a Canadian citizenship.
Parkinson looks confident out there and like he's having fun!
Parkinson literally just gave the judges an excited "check out what I've got" stare down. It was gold
Lots of flare from this skater
Parkinson is finished his skate. Looks confident and happy with his performance
And he even got a stuffed animal from the crowd. #skatingshwag
Parkinson is eagerly awaiting his scores and....
121.23 is his final score!
Next up we've got Jason Brown from Team USA
Any questions? Let me know. I'll probably just google them but still. I'm quick on a keyboard.
A season's best for Bonifacio. Team Italy in third place ahead of the U.S., temporarily as the American skater is next.
Brown has a great outfit on. Longsleeve green glittery shirt with a deep V. Black pants with gold trim down the legs. Beautiful
Brown has elegance on his side.
Canada's Kevin Reynolds is up next. Patrick Chan skated the short program.
But might not phase him. If anything he's even got a bit more pop to his step.
Canada sits six points adrift of Russia for gold.
He did the thing where he holds his skate above his head like the splits. He nailed it
Brown completes his skate!
He just gave a smug little smile/nod to his coach.
And the classic coach hug.
Eagerly awaiting results...
He's crossing his fingers
And they are in 1st place! Total score of 153.67
Next up we have (drum roll please), CANADIAN Kevin Reynolds
Who is cheering for him right now!? I know I just gave a whoop whoop
Close up visual of his face, he looks ready
Here is Kevin Reynolds of Canada...
Kevin's intensity is great right now!
Small fall, but it's okay.
A stumble for Reynolds, graceful so far otherwise.
He's currently doing jump math in his head to make sure he gets another jump combination in his routine
I'll be down in the mixed zone shortly to hopefully get a word from Kevin for our followers on this live blog.
His routine definitely has a more emotional feel to it
And he nails the 3 quad!!!
